Northern Shore Lodge is the setting for you to experience Michigan's great outdoors. You can enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the Lodge with its many species of birds visiting the various feeders, the wildlife, and the lush abundance of colorful perennials and flowering trees.

Starting in spring, the patio set will be placed on the grounds high above the pines bordering Long Lake to watch boaters or enjoy the view while sipping a steaming cup of coffee in the morning or enjoying a leisurely lunch later. As you sit in the beauty surrounding you and the wind wafts through the pine boughs, you can almost hear God whispering to you to relax, slow down and enjoy this quiet, special place.

Look for the sea captain in the yellow slicker in his boat and he will direct you down to the beach on Ess Lake where you can have fires at night, roast marshmallows, have lunch at the picnic table or sit on one of the many comfortable chaise lounges or beach chairs and watch the kids frolic in the water!
